Please welcome Liz Ingram, who job shares with Cynthia as Estate Administrator. Cynthia works Mondays and Tuesdays, whilst Liz works Wednesdays and Fridays. On Thursdays you will find them both in the office along with Jaklyn Sinclair the Facilities Manager. When passing the management office please pop in and meet Liz.
Project Update
B6 - 1st Floor
The fit out of the GreenLite Suites is going well and is on schedule. Just a reminder if you know of any small businesses that would be interested in any of these suites, suitable for one to twenty persons, please ask them to contact us on 01235 865555.
SilverBean Cafe
Thank you for completing the customer satisfaction questionnaire relating to the food and service for the cafe. The second chilled cabinet is now fixed and houses new range of sandwiches, salads and croissants. A 2nd Panini machine is on order making this a dedicated one for vegetarian products.
Delivery service - the cafe provides and brings it to you - working lunches/sandwich delivery and much more! If you require more information on the Cafe, its products or if you have any comments or suggestions, please contact jeannette.mooney@blackmhor.co.uk

New timetables for Mulllany's buses. These are displayed in Reception B5 & B6.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London
As you may be aware the Harry Potter studio tour opened to the public this last weekend and as this is the beginning of the school Easter holiday time it may be busier than normal on the roads around the Business Park.
Out of Hours Security
With more people working out of normal office hours please can we ask that everyone is more vigilant about building security. Please ensure that the main front doors close behind you. Under no circumstances should doors be wedged open or left open in any way. If you are concerned or suspicious about something please contact security on 0845 1212152. If you require a door access code please contact your office manager or Security.
Leavesden Park Recycling Benefits Local Charities
Carpet tiles that have been taken up as part of the refurbishment works in B6 have been donated to the Dacorum Borough Council, Garrad House (Abbeyfield) in Kings Langley, and DENS - action against homelessness.
